The Brazilian market presents an excellent opportunity for foreign companies to invest. Brazil's IT sector grew by 9.8% in 2018, compared with a worldwide growth of 6.7%, according to IDC (International Data Corporation). The expectation is to grow 10.5% in 2019, a growth percentage higher than the world expectation, which should reach 4.9%. And according to IBOPE (Brazilian Institute of Public Opinion and Statistics), the level of internet penetration in Brazil is 70%, representing approximately 149 million active internet users, the fifth largest market, behind China, India, the United States and Indonesia.
